Dmytro Rudyk

Dmytro Rudyk, born in 2000 in Ukraine, started to play the violin at the age of 6. At 13, Dmytro began playing the double bass at Ternopil Music College (Ukraine), and in 2019 at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, Germany. He won several prizes at national and international competitions, participated in festivals with the Youth Orchestra of Ukraine, played a solo program in Ternopil, Lviv and Baden-Bade, participated in master classes of famous double bass players (Janne Saksala, Christine Hoock, Gunars Upatnieks, Michinori Bunya, Dan Styffe and Rick Stotijn).
