CONCERT ON SEPTEMBER 9 CANCELED: HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

The concert Mario Brunello – Georgijs Osokins • Mahler, Pärt, Brahms, scheduled for September 9 at the Teatro dei Vigilanti in Portoferraio, has been canceled due to a weather alert. Unfortunately, the concert cannot be rescheduled. Those who wish may request a refund from September 10 to 17.
How to request a refund:

  • for tickets purchased at the Festival box office: send an email to info@elba-music.it by September 17, specifying that the request is for the refund of the September 9 concert, including your full name, IBAN, and attaching a copy of your ticket(s);
  • for tickets purchased via Vivaticket: there is no need to contact the Festival box office. Vivaticket will send a direct communication with instructions and an online form to request the refund. Please proceed as indicate by September 17.
