Natalia Kotarba



Polish violinist, graduated with honor at Cracow Musical Academy and then at Koninklijk Conservatorium in Brussels, where she studied with Philippe Graffin.
She played with Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden, Philippe Graffin, Tanja Becker-Bender and l’Oxalys Ensemble. She participated in Midis-Minimes and Ysaÿe’s Knokke festivals in Belgium, Harmos Festival in Portogallo, Istanbul Music Festival in Turkey, “Warszawska Jesień” (Warsaw Autumn) in Poland.
Together with other members of Belgian Sonos Ensemble she will be an artist in residence 2018/2019 at Tongeren, Belgium. She also played with Deutsches Radio Kammerorchester, Le Concert Olympique and Polish Art Philharmonic with Krzysztof Penderecki and Tobias Feldman conducting. As a soloist, she recently performed Bach’s Concert for 2 violins with the Brussel’s Conservatory String Orchestra.
As part of a trio, she was a winner at Chamber Music Competition at Bydgoszcz (Poland), and recently has won a Chopin Foundation prize as a prominent young musician. She attended the master classes by Miriam Fried, David Waterman, Alasdair Beatson and Ebène Quartet.
